About the Workshop:

Grant Writing working groups provide the knowledge and understanding of how to write grants by helping you develop your business case and your grant blueprint.

Join us as we cover the foundation of Grant Writing for the $250,000 Telus Stand with Owners Grant, what elements are needed and start the process for your application.

Our Facilitator Ryan Knight will walk you through the Telus #Standwithowners grant that is accepting applications until September 4th, 2024.

The application is open to revenue-generating Canadian businesses with 1-100 employees.

For-profit, not-for-profit and social enterprises are eligible to apply, however, they should not receive more than 30% of their funding from government initiatives.

Yes, business startups are eligible to apply. While they are not required to be in a specific stage of startup, they must demonstrate revenue streams either current or anticipated (e.g. pre-orders).

Are nonprofits eligible to apply?

Yes, nonprofits, including charities, are eligible to apply.

Are franchisees eligible to apply?

Franchisees are eligible to apply. However, they must demonstrate how their business is standing out from the competition, including other franchisees.
